The Nurtured Heart Approach©️ has three, simple stands to remember -absolutely no, absolutely yes and absolutely clear (see above). These three stands help us connect to each other AND to ourselves, enabling us to live life filled with purpose, joy and gratitude. The stands are the foundation of our success, as we learn to fully recognize the gifts that lie within each and every human!

If something is going awry, we can dial up the three stands and come up with a plan that leads us back to clarity, gratitude and joy.

Professional Development Opportunities

Staff or faculty presentations for school, business or church organizations.

• 4 hour (8AM-noon)
• 1 day (8:30AM-3PM)
• 2 days (8:30AM -3PM )
• 2½ day training (2 days plus 4 hours) This entails two days learning the approach and a one-half day work session to create a clear vision for how individuals will implement the 3 stands in the school, family or work environment.

Trainer Qualifications and Experience

• 28 years of public school experience (most in the classroom with 4 years of coaching for teachers)
• Experienced NHA trainer (mostly two day trainings) At least ten trainings in schools or at conferences.
• Attended two, week long, Certified Intensive Trainings, which were led by Howard Glasser, the creator of the Nurtured Heart Approach©️
• Yoga teacher (RYT200)
