Yoga at Your Place
Do you host weddings, graduation parties, birthday celebrations or weekend get-aways? Why not host special yoga events at your location? After an initial consultation meeting, I will design a Vinyasa flow or Yin class geared toward your specific needs.
Yoga has become increasingly popular with kids too! I offer kid's yoga parties as well! You can include a 1 hour yoga class at any children's event/party! Each children's party will consist of story time (introducing the theme), related yoga practice and game or art activities related to the theme of the hour! SO MUCH FUN!

*NOTE: If you'd rather have the party at a yoga studio, I can rent a studio for an additional fee.
Yoga in the Workplace

Many societies understand the importance of stepping away from the business during the work day.
You could make this a priority for your employees. Create an even happier workplace by arranging a regular yoga practice for your staff! Get creative and encourage them to "get in the habit" of practicing yoga in the work place bu providing incentives... like offering an early-Friday release to the person who attends the most classes each month! Give them yoga, during work hours, at the beginning, middle or end of the day. Demonstrate that yo care for the well-being to take time for their wellness of your employees.
